As the name suggests, this induction cooktop is fully integrated beneath the worktop, transforming the traditional cooking zone into a multifunctional space. Only subtle engravings and LED indicators reveal the presence of the cooking zones, alongside the minimalist centerpoints. Thanks to this almost invisible look, the kitchen becomes more than ever a central space in the home, suitable for various activities from meal preparation to social dining, working from home, and more.
The Novy Undercover is exclusively used with a 20 mm Dekton® worktop, a durable, heat-resistant, and ultracompact surface developed by Cosentino. This collaboration guarantees a cooking surface that resists scratches and stains, is easy to clean, and provides visual calm in the kitchen.
Unique personalization and advanced technology for powerful cooking
Novy Undercover is available in around 40 different worktops from Cosentino’s Dekton® range and 3 centerpoint colors, allowing customers to fully personalize their kitchen with over 240 options. Dekton® products are carbon neutral throughout their entire life cycle and have been carefully selected from the Cosentino range based on intensive color and texture tests. The selection will also continuously be expanded with Cosentino’s latest collections.
The Novy wireless controller combines a control knob with a touchscreen for increased ease of use. While cooking, no extra accessories are needed; the desired cookware can be placed directly on the worktop, while maintaining powerful induction capabilities.
Each cooking zone is adjustable to 10 levels, and the hob features a Count Up/Down timer and presets for power and timer. Automatically linked cooking zones (flexzones) make using large pots and pans simple, while the grill function is ideal for cast iron cookware. Whether using 3 or 4 cooking zones, each zone delivers a maximum performance of 3,700W, ensuring that the Novy Undercover meets all cooking needs with the same performance as a high-end induction hob.
Safety as a priority
A subtle red LED indicator warns of residual heat on the cooking surface, a signal that can also be projected onto the floor for added safety. The indicator automatically turns off when the cooktop is not in use and when the residual heat has dissipated. After that, the multifunctional worktop can be enjoyed for other purposes again.
Additionally, Novy Undercover offers a 5-year warranty on the induction device, while the 25-year warranty on the Dekton® surface remains in place.
