Moreover, the city offers ideal access to the lakes (Lake Garda, Lake Como, Lake Maggiore), villages, and mountains in northern Italy (for hiking and/or skiing holidays).

As the fashion capital, Milan takes center stage during Fashion Week and Milan Design Week – the largest annual design event in the world – as the star of Italy.

Following the success of the Rocco Forte House in Rome, eleven apartments are now being unveiled on the prestigious Via Manzoni. Designed by Olga Polizzi and Paolo Moschino, these exclusive apartments in the heart of Milan’s vibrant fashion district offer guests an extraordinary combination of luxury, privacy, and personal service.

Designed by Olga Polizzi and Paolo Moschino, these exclusive apartments in the heart of Milan’s vibrant fashion district offer guests an extraordinary combination of luxury, privacy, and personal service.

The Via Manzoni flats, which opened last August, are the first of their kind in the city and introduce the innovative and unique concept of private residences in Milan, featuring the distinctive hospitality of Rocco Forte Hotels. They are designed to allow residents to experience the charm of the city while offering a contemporary and timeless Italian style. Each apartment overlooks a traditional Milanese courtyard, and the signature design by Olga Polizzi, the group’s design director, in collaboration with Italian designer Paolo Moschino and Belgian Philip Vergeylen, is reflected in every detail of each residence.

The nineteenth-century palazzo, overlooking the prestigious Via della Spiga, retains its original stucco work, frescoed ceilings, and antique furniture on the first floor, reflecting the city’s rich history. However, the apartments on the upper floors are contemporarily furnished, featuring large windows and terraces.

They are named after four of the most iconic neighborhoods in the center of Milan, making this destination an unparalleled reference point in global style: Brera, Duomo, Isola, and Tortona.

In addition to their unique design, the residences offer exceptional services, such as concierge service, valet parking, a dedicated chef, and a fitness room that is exclusively available to guests.

Charles Forte, Director of Development and New Acquisitions, who has been active in the luxury hotel sector within the Forte family business for four generations, says: “We are excited about the opening of Rocco Forte House in Milan and the introduction of a new concept in the city. This concept combines the intimacy of a private residence with the service for which Rocco Forte hotels are famous. After the great success of Rocco Forte House in Rome, and in response to the demand for residential living, we are offering one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, allowing guests to enjoy privacy without compromising on their experience.”

Without a doubt, this is a concept that meets the expectations of those who combine remote work with business meetings or recreational travel. Everyone can live at their own pace without limitations while enjoying five-star service.
